This page contains my list of sites where musicians can upload their music to and allow listeners to stream and/or download their music from. No basic file upload sites, no digital store distribution sites, just sites where you can create a profile, upload your tracks and have a web presense on.Welcome
You've just made your own music tracks and now you want the world to hear them, thankfully there are a huge number of sites out there which you can use to upload your own tracks to. Uploading your music to a good number of sites allows people to find your music and therefore you gain listeners and fans.But which sites should you upload your music too? Well that's why this site exists. We've created a table below which allows you to easily see the best and most popular sites which will allow you to gain some exposure. Some musicians will want to upload their music to every single site that allows them to, others will just want to pick the main sites to have a presence (remember that by uploading your music to all sites will take lots of maintenance if you need to add new tracks, change your pictures etc).
The table below is sortable and by default they are sorted in order of how big they are in terms of visitor numbers by listing their Alexa rating so you can see which sites have large numbers of potential listeners (The lower the number, the more visitors that website gets). We have also added a gold star like this one
next to the sites we think are almost essential to upload to.
